Increase community and stakeholder knowledge of and participation in affordable housing matters. Better position STANCO as a leader in providing affordable housing solutions.
Providing affordable housing (particularly through infill projects) is a difficult process under the best of circumstances. STANCO is reliant upon the support of neighbors, stakeholders and decision-makers in order to achieve financing and gain entitlement of projects. Strengthening community support and encouraging the creation of coalitions to support the development of affordable housing solutions in the community is an ongoing responsibility of STANCO.
