Our Core Tenets and Values

In representation to our community we will:

  • Be a leader in providing community-based solutions in the provision of affordable housing in Stanislaus County

  • Safely shelter families, strengthening our community

  • Respect community values by building attractive and quality projects, thereby creating livable communities

  • Promote the respect of our natural environment through proper planning and the use of cost effective measures to achieve energy efficiency and sustainable building standards

  • Promote and ensure fair housing practices

Public Policy Outreach

In collaboration with governmental agencies and community partners we will:

  • Work proactively to secure public and private financing for the continued production of affordable housing

  • Develop and implement strategies to educate the community and policy makers about the benefits of affordable housing and how providing safe shelter influences a reduction of crime, preserves health and contributes to a stronger community.
